キャンセル・返金ポリシーExchanges & Returns Policy
未払いのご予約は、いつでもキャンセル可能で、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。お支払い済みのご予約は、イベント開始の24時間前までにキャンセルされた場合、全額返金いたします。イベント開始24時間以内のキャンセルについては返金不可となり、予約料金の100％を頂戴いたします。ご予約は店頭にて上位プランへのアップグレードが可能です。ダウングレードは承っておりません。例として、ディナー＆カラオケパッケージをカラオケのみへ変更し差額を返金することはできません。お客様が一部サービスの利用を辞退された場合でも、予約料金の全額を頂戴いたします。Unpaid reservations may be cancelled at any time without penalty. Paid reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the event start time for a full refund; cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable, and 100% of the reservation fee will be retained. Upgrades to a higher-tier plan are available in-store. Downgrades are not offered — for example, a dinner-and-karaoke package cannot be changed to karaoke-only with a refund of the difference; the full reservation fee is retained even if part of the experience is declined.
処理・確認時間Processing & Confirmation Times
オンライン予約は、通常3〜5分以内に処理されます。ご予約完了後、約5分以内にご登録のメールアドレスへ確認メールが送信されます。Online bookings are processed within approximately 3–5 minutes. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address within approximately 5 minutes of booking.

オンライン決済：クレジットカードおよびデビットカード（Stripeによる安全な決済）。店頭にてお支払い：現金および主要クレジットカード（VISA、Mastercard、American Express、JCB）。大人数でのご予約につきましては銀行振込も対応可能です（nyc@nyc-japan.com までご連絡ください）。PayPay・WeChat Pay・Alipay等のバーコード／QRコード決済、PayPal・Cash App・Zelle等はご利用いただけません。Online: credit and debit cards, securely processed via Stripe. In-store: cash and all major cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). Bank transfer is available for large reservations on request — please contact nyc@nyc-japan.com. We do not accept barcode/QR payments (PayPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay) or PayPal, Cash App and Zelle.

お支払いはご退店時にお願いいたします。すべての決済は即時処理されます。銀行振込の場合、入金確認までに最大5営業日かかる場合がございます。Payments are due upon departure from the premises. All transactions are processed immediately. For bank transfers, processing may take up to 5 business days to complete.
